Bridge
Intensive probation supervision initiative for young adult offenders run in partnership with Probation and WelfareService and VEC. Aims to prevent re-offending by young adult offenders who would otherwise serve substantial prison sentences. Provides welfare services for travellers, including advice on income, advice on medical and social support entitlements, referral to emergency accommodation, and advocacy. Available to travellers living in official halting sites, in-group housing schemes or by the road. Visits can be made to sites by appointment. Session in Dun Laoghaire employment exchange (Thurs 11.30am-12 noon).
