Common Purpose ‘Pitstop session 1‘

The aim of a Pitstop is to help people in an organisation to see themselves as leaders who can produce change for the better, within the organisation and beyond.

This Pitstop session will engage key members of the Coolmine Management team around the topic of leadership and help to explore the following;

 Influencing beyond immediate authority – inside and outside of the organisation

 Understanding power and its sources

 Knowing how to lead in unfamiliar territory

 Broadening perspective by effectively using diversity

This training will equip you with the knowledge and skills required to effectively perform the role of Designated Liaison Person. CRAFT (Family Therapy)

This two day training in CRAFT (Community Reinforcement Approach Family Therapy) is designed train workers to educate anyone who has a family member with a history of addiction. It helps families to support their loved one prior to, during and after treatment

This programme is designed to provide an overview of boundaries and the many ways in which they can be encountered and managed.
