Coolmine, in conjunction with Cork Local Drug and Alcohol Task Force and Southern Regional Drug and Alcohol Task Force has developed six community-based hubs to provide localised support for those in the Southwest region impacted by problem substance use. These hubs are located in Cork City North, Cork City South, North Cork, West Cork, East Cork and Kerry.
Our Kerry hub is a day programme based in the heart of Tralee. Our Kerry team is ready to meet clients at whatever stage they’re at in their journey, whether an individual is taking the first step towards recovery or is taking part in a full or part-time programme. Coolmine Kerry provides a supportive setting to build self-confidence and skills to maintain recovery.
We offer support in a safe and supportive space where individuals can tackle the underlying issues that brought them into addiction. We give people the support, the time and most importantly the space to recover. We work with:
- Drugs (including opiates, cocaine, etc.)
- Prescription Drugs/Medication
- Family/Friends Support
All of Coolmine’s full/part-time day services are free of charge
While the team operates from a central hub in Tralee, our staff respond to needs within the community on an assertive outreach basis to provide help to those who may otherwise struggle to access support. Get in touch with us to find out how we can help.
Making the decision to get help is the first big step in recovery.
When you are ready, get in touch with us. Our services are designed to meet your individual needs at whatever stage of recovery you are at.
Even if you’re not sure what help you/a loved one might need, you can reach out to our Kerry team directly at 086 1367691.
If you are a health professional, family member or an individual and you are ready to refer someone/yourself, you can click here to access our online referral form.
