| Job Title: | Senior Clinical Psychologist [Coolmine South-West Services] |
| Location: | This post will be based in Cork City South with a remit for overseeing programmes across Cork and Kerry |
| Reports to: | • The post-holder will be employed by Coolmine for the duration of the project
• The post-holder will be line managed by Coolmine Team Leader • Professional governance within Coolmine Clinical Quality and Safety Structure • Clinical supervision within the Coolmine Clinical Quality and Safety Structure and HSE Clinical Governance Structures locally under the Principal Clinical Psychologist for Social Inclusion |
| Hours: | 17.5-hour week with cross cover arrangements |
| Job Type: | 3-year fixed-term contract |
| Salary: | Salary will reflect HSE pay scales for Senior Clinical Psychologist |
| Purpose: | The role focuses specifically on cocaine/crack use across the South West.
The role focuses on biopsychosocial assessment and management including that of family members. • Assessment: Comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments • Multidisciplinary working: Organisation and chairing interagency (health and social care) multidisciplinary (social/medical/psychological/ nursing/ probation etc) • Follow-up: Coordinating care for a defined period • Evaluation: Recording and monitoring service user / service / social / economic outcomes |
